Hello and Happy 2023!

I wish to thank all of the tremendous people (friends) I have had the pleasure to work with and assist this last year in the purchase or sale of their homes.

Some first time buyers, some first time sellers and many veterans in the housing market.

As I reflect on this amazing occupation I am privileged to be a part of these last 14 years, I am ever so thankful and honored to be able to participate in these many lives and journeys.

From 1^st time condo or homes buyers, sellers, investors, newlyweds, growing families requiring more space, empty nesters downsizing, or one of the many events which propels us into differing circumstances, I am thrilled to be a part of it, and I thank you!

This year sees my oldest daughter Abby (16) as a sophomore at Ingraham High School and my youngest Emma (14) in 8th grade. Abby has found a passion for poetry and this last year made the her debut at Folklife as one of the youngest poets to present there. Emma discovered a love for  volleyball and is part of an amazing volleyball club. Abby and Emma are both thriving in school and being quite perfectly “teenagery”. Both are more amazing and incredible each and every day, causing me to wonder what their next discovery will be. I count myself blessed very thankful and blessed.

Life is truly what you make it and the lenses you choose to gaze through define your experience and how you move though this amazing, challenging and beautiful life. Choose well!
